As a Team our niche is Architecturally designed new homes and complex hillside construction. The challenge of building on a difficult hillside site is one of our favourites as we literally see the house rising out of the ground. Challenging builds excite us! We never build the same house twice. Your architectural dream home is no exception.

We provide comprehensive, transparent pricing as early as possible – ideally from concept stage – giving you a solid foundation from which to progress to final design. Upon final pricing being completed we give you our Fixed Price Guarantee, eliminating any financial or budgetary concerns.

Where possible, we also offer the Master Build Guarantee® to give you peace of mind for your build.
